The hup! system offers a variety of external wall finishes to suit different styles and preferences. These finishes are designed to be compatible with the system’s structure while ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. However, when considering fire-rated walls, only metal cladding (coming soon) or rendered wall finishes are type-tested and compliant with regulations.

Fire Rated Wall Finishes

According to Planning Portal guidelines, fire-rated walls must be compliant with building regulations, particularly when structures are near boundaries or other properties. The hup! system accommodates this by offering calcium silicate boards as part of the structure, which are A1 fire-rated.

For full compliance, only the following finishes are type-tested for fire resistance:
